PURPOSE:To contrive to simplify a high voltage generating circuit by a method wherein a DC electric power source, a capacitor, a DC circuit-breaker, etc., are used effectively both as for power source and for control. CONSTITUTION:The first energy storage circuit consisted of a series circuit of the first energy storage coil 6 and the DC electric power source device 21 being conneted in parallel with the DC circuit-breaker 8, and the second energy storage circuit consisted of the second energy storage coil (ohmic heating coil) 1 being connected in parallel with a diode 11, a capacitor 9, are provided, and the second energy storage circuit is connected to the first energy storage circuit through a switch 20. By this constitution the DC electric power source for excitation of the energy storage coil 6 can be used both as the electric power source for control of the ohmic heating coil 1 to control a plasma current 5 to the constant current. |
