<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting of the brightness of a lamp by providing a light receiving part for detecting the brightness/darkness outside a vehicle and carrying out automatic lamp control with the brightness of the outside at the time of carrying out the ON/OFF of a manual lamp switch as a threshold. CONSTITUTION:When a manual tail lamp switch SW1 is closed, the output (e) of an OR circuit 6 enters the input (m) of a threshold renewing circuit 4 and the signal phi of brightness on the outside of a vehicle from a light receiving part 1 is inputted into a threshold deciding circuit 2. This value is stored in a judging circuit 3 as the lighting threshold psi1 of a tail lamp. And, by comparing the two, it phi<=psi1, outputs (q), (r) are made one (1) and the inputs of the OR gates 6, 7 become one (1), lighting a tail lamp 15 and a head lamp 14. Thereby, in an automatic lamp control device for a vehicle, the brightness level for turning ON/OFF of a lamp can be set by the judgement of the driver.</p> |
