PURPOSE:To shorten a delay time and to close and store information of large capacity in a circulation loop by forming a transmission-closed loop by an optical fiber and a circulation circuit. CONSTITUTION:Both the ends of an optical transmission line to an optical transmission part 9 and a photodetecting part 10 and both the parts 9, 10 are connected to form a loop-like storage line. A waveform shaping circuit 13 is connected at least to one of the optical transmission part 10 and the photodetecting part 10, writing information is inputted from either one of the parts 9, 10 to the storage line and the written information is read out from the other. Namely, the transmission-closed loop is formed by the optical fiber 2 and the circulation circuit. Consequently, the delay time can be shortened and the information of large capacity can be closed in the circulation loop and stored. Since the velocity of light is about 3X10<8>m/sec, the information closed in the loop is massive. |
