<p>PURPOSE:To purify the exhaust gas produced at a burner which heats a radiating body, as well as to effectively radiate far infrared rays of long-wavelength, by heating a radiating body made of ceramic material at a low temperature, along with using catalyzer made of metallic oxide. CONSTITUTION:The illustration shows a cylindrical radiating body 1 made of ceramic material of which top is closed, combustion catalyzer 4 made of metallic oxide, provided on the outer surface of radiating body 1 and the inside of pores 3 for exhausting gas. When a gas is ignited and burnt, the exhaust gas produced at the burner 2 is discharged from the exhaust pores 3, heating the radiating body 1 and the catalyzer 4 during passing through them. As a result, the exhaust gas produced at the burner can be purified by the catalyzer 4, and the infrared rays which are mainly far infrared rays having high permeability can be radiated without loss. Moreover, the radiating efficiency of infrared rays can be increased.</p> |
