PURPOSE:To improve resin flow at the time of molding and to facilitate release from a mold, by providing bridge sections connecting covering layers at one end side of cores to mold in a body when covering layers covering the barrel section of respective protruded magnetic poles are formed. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 3 having protruded magnetic poles 12 is arranged in an extrusion molding die, and covering sections 14 consisting of thin layers of insulatng resin material are formed at the winding wound sections 12a of the respective protruded magnetic poles 12. At that time, the internal peripheral sections 16 of the respective magnetic pole covering sections 14 are separately formed by slits 16a, and bridge sections 18 connecting the covering sections 14 at one end side of a core 11 are formed in a body. In this way, resin flow at the time of extrusion molding is improved, and releasing is also easily performed without holdeng the mold by slits 16a even if a resin material contracts. |
