The equipment washes flexible printing blocks with liquid, having a casing which can be sealed gastight and accommodating a rotary drum with clamps for the blocks, together with cylindrical brushes parallel to the drum and drive mechanisms for brushes and drum. A manipulation mechanism (25) on the casing (1) has guides for the block in and out of the latter, while inside and alongside the guides are grips engaging the block with the clamps. A control unit is provided for the drive to the drum (4). The clamps can be pins protruding from the drum surface, while the grips can have stops and a thruster moved by a drive in the lengthwise direction of the pins.
