PURPOSE:To avoid an AC ripple produced from a synchronizing signal generating circuit from being superimposed on an operating power supply line of other circuits, through the provision of an AC decoupling circuit. CONSTITUTION:An AC decoupling circuit 33 is inserted between an operating power supply line 35 of a synchronizing signal generating circuit 23 and an operating power supply line 37 for a reference frequency oscillator 21 and a horizontal scanning circuit clock pulse generating circuit 25. The AC ripple in a fractional frequency produced at a synchronizing signal generating circuit 23 and superimposed on the power supply line 35 flows to a closed loop 36 for absorption through the insertion of the AC decoupling circuit 33, thus no AC ripple is superimposed on the power supply line 37 of the reference frequency oscillator 21 and the horizontal scanning circuit clock pulse generating circuit 25. |
