<p>PURPOSE:To exercise required control in a prescribed timing, by achieving quick processing of the start of operation and selection of the content of message through the instruction of a computer, when the audio information is stored in a communication controller for audio response, in a system making audio response from an information center to a terminal device. CONSTITUTION:A coded audio information is stored in message unit to an audio memory VOM in a communication controller CCU, and when a selection command is transmitted from an electronic computer CPU with an audio response message, a processor PU stores the selected command to a buffer of a line control word of the said line at a memory MEM. The control program transfers a data designated at the said command from the electronic computer CPU every byte and the memory address in it is set to a register of the audio adaptor VOA. When a data transfer request is started from the audio adaptor VOA to the audio memory VOM, the information is transferred one by one byte from the memory VOM according to the corresponding address information and it is converted into an audio information at a D/A converted and transmitted to the line.</p> |
