PURPOSE:To reduce the rise pressure as much as possible before the top dead point to increase the output by drranging the function of igniter to have ignition allowed by spark discharging generated several times and have plasma ignition at the last time of the foregoing ignition. CONSTITUTION:Ignition signal generator 13 outputs ignition signal S1 for spark discharge and ignition signal S2 for plasma ignition. Ignition signal S1 firstly falls at the ignition time L1 then falls again after the term tau1 (It's about some m seconds.). Spark discharge is given at the time of this fallng. The transmission of ignition signal S2 is delayed by tau2 from the second transmission of ignition signal S1. tau2 is the delay required for securing a spark at the ignition pluge 10 and about 0.1m seconds in timing. Thus, the output can be increased. |
