<p>PURPOSE:To select a use environment without providing a use environment setting terminal, by connecting a logic circuit having the third logical level to an operation mode setting input terminal. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a semiconductor integrated circuit device 1 provided with two pieces or more of input terminal M0, M1 setting an operation mode, a logic circuit 4 having the third logical level connected to two pieces or more of input terminals is provided in the semiconductor integrated circuit device 1. The logic circuit 4 having the third logical level determines a use environment by deciding whether the third logical level is applied to the operation mode setting input terminal or not, therefore, the use environment can be selected simultaneously with setting of the operation mode through the operation mode setting input terminal. Accordingly, it becomes unnecessary to provide separately a use environment setting terminal.</p> |
