PURPOSE:To make it needless to manually sort polished articles from a polishing material, and to simplify operation very much, by introducing the polished articles and the polishg material through an inlet port so that the articles are polished by the material under stirring action caused by the turning force of a vessel while the articles and the material are moved toward the outlet port of the vessel and by automatically separating the articles from the material and discharging them. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 1, whose cross section is polygonal or circular and which has an inlet port 7 at one end and an outlet port 8 at the other and is provided with an appropriate number of holes 2 near the outlet port 8, is rotatably supported at 3b so that the vessel 1 extends horizontally or obliquely. Polished articles are separated or sorted from a polishing material by the holes 2 near the outlet port 8 so that the articles and the material drop down or are sent out. |
