PURPOSE:To make it possible to cope with the step variation after the manufacture, in the electronic watch having a second reset function by adjusting the step at the same time as the second reset by using an MOS variable capacity element. CONSTITUTION:Reset pulses are taken out of a second reset circuit 2 by operating a second reset switch, and sent to a counter 6, wherein digits of seconds are reset, and also sent to a computing circuit 3. The time data from the counter 6 are sent to the first computing circuit 3, and the number of seconds of gain or delay is computed. In a memory part 9, the time which has been reset at the previous time is stored, and the time interval between the second-reset times is obtained from the second-reset time of this time. From the two data, namely, the number of seconds obtained in the computing circuit 3, and the interval obtained in a computing circuit 10, the steps between the two second reset times are computed, and the capacity of the MOS variable capacity element of an oscillating part 4 is adjusted by a capacity adjusting circuit 12. |
