<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the distortion of an image at the time of cutting of rolled paper and prevent a jamming of rolled paper or the like by a method wherein the stopping of the driving of a feeding means on the side of feeding the rolled paper to a cutting means is set to be later than the starting of the driving of the cutting means. CONSTITUTION:In a rolled-paper feeder for use in electronic photocopying machine or the like, rolled paper 1 is drawn out of a roll 2 by the first feeding means composed as the first feeding roller pair 3 consisting of a driving roller 4 and a driven roller 5, and is fed to a cutting means 9. Then the paper 1 is fed to a photosensitive member drum 17 through the second feeding means composed as the second feeding roller pair 6 consisting of a driving roller 7 and a driven roller 8. In this case, the cutting signal impressed on the cutting means 9 is simultaneously impressed also on the first feeding roller pair 3 through a delay timer device (not shown), so that the stopping of the roller pair 3 is set to be later than the starting of the driving of the cutting means 9.</p> |
