PURPOSE:To simultaneously increase the electromagnetic conversion properties, the repeating travelling stability and the physical properties like the adhesive intensity, etc. respectively, by using a binder composed by a specific combination of resin. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic coating material uses a binder component containing the 10-50% polyurethane resin, 15-50% polyester resin and 20-60% vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin plus polyisocyanate used as a hardener, respective ly. Such coating material is applied to a base film to obtain a magnetic recording medium. |
