PURPOSE:To improve energy efficiency by controlling the number of revolutions of a fan based on maximum load, and controlling rates of blasting with other loads. CONSTITUTION:The temps. of respective zones 1A, 1B, 1C of a heating funace are detected with thermometers 3A, 3B, 3C and are inputted to temp. controllers 4A, 4B, 4C. The differences from set temps. and the detected values are inputs to a maximum load selector 9. If the maximum load is assumed to be the zone 1A, a valve 7A which is a controller for the rate of blasting is fixed at full open by the signal (dotted line) from the selector 9 in the zone 1A, and the rate of blasting to be supplied into the burner 2A of the zone 1A is controlled not by the valve 7A but only by the number of revolutions of a fan 11. In the other zones 1B, 1C, the difference between the set temps. and the detected values are inputted to controllers 5B, 5C for the rates of blasting, which in turn control the degrees of openings of valves 7B, 7C, thereby controlling the rates of blasting. |
