PURPOSE:To make the control for replenishing of a developer sure by providing an oscillation coil on the way of the route for the developer, counting the outputs of its oscillation circuit at every constant time determined with a timer, and discriminating the magnitude of the count value thereof. CONSTITUTION:The free end parts 15a, 15b of a magnetic core 15 oppose to an agitating roller 9 and a sleeve 12, and if a large amount of the developer exists between these parts 15a and 15b and decreases the magnetic resistance of the core 15, the inductance of the coil 15 decreases. In this way, the free end parts 15a, 15b of the core 15 are interposed on the way of the route of the developer along the roller 9, and in accordance with the varying amounts of the developer, the inductance of the coil 16 changes respectively variably. The outputs of the oscillation circuit are applied to a counter and when the count value thereof attains the preset value, the toner is replenished. |
