PURPOSE:To sort normal and defective products accurately at all times by calculating the mean value of bodies to be metered successively, and by making automatic corrections so that a reference value stored in a sorting machine is equal to the mean value at all times. CONSTITUTION:The reference weight value of bodies to be metered is stored in a register previously and then compared by a comparator with a weight signal from a metering part to judge their propriety. In this case, the output of the comparator is utilized to correct the said reference value successively. For example, the upper- and lower-limit deviation values and reference value of a body 20 to be metered are set by a setter 13, and their results of arithmetic processing are compared by a comparator 12 with a metering part to determine the propriety. In this case, adequate signal intensity and a measured value are returned to registers 2 and 3 at the same time to find the mean values by an operator 4, and a new deviation value and reference value are sent to the comparator 12 via a register 6, etc., to correct the reference value automatically. This method makes accurate the propriety decision on a hydroscopic product, etc. |
