PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a part by digitally measuring the demagnetized state of the part of largely vary the demagnetizing current until a magnetic unit is demagnetized to the prescribed degree, thereby gradually varying it to enable the setting of the optimum value, and demagnetizing it in a short time. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a magnetizing station 13 for magnetically saturating a magnetic unit, a demagnetizing station 14 for stepwisely demagnetizing the magnetic unit of magnetically saturated state at a plurality of times in the station 13, and a pickup station 15 in an automatic magnetization and demagnetization device. In the device are further provided at amplifier 19, and a digital panel 17. Thus, the magnetized state of the magnetic unit is digitally measured at every demagnetizing step in the station 14, and the measured result is supplied to a controlling circuit 16. An oscillator 18 is controlled by the circuit 16, the magnetic unit is largely demagnetized until the demagnetization reaches the predetermined reference value, and it is gradually demagnetized until it reaches the optimum value after exceeding the reference value, the demagnetization is performed in a short time, and the quality of the magnetic unit can be uniformly formed. |
