PURPOSE:To shorten the steps of manufacturing a magnetic core and to improve the efficiency by forming a linearly welded part at a part of a thin plate continuously, fixedly welding all the thin plates, and then separately cutting the core thin plates superposed in necessary number. CONSTITUTION:A core thin plate 1 is formed of high magnetic permeable material, e.g., permalloy, Fe-Al-Si alloy or the like, and is formed by superposing a plurality of layers. An energy beam 5, e.g., a laser beam or the like is emitted from a welding unit 4 to a part of the thin plate 1, and is scanned along the laminating direction to continuously form linearly welded parts 6, and all the thin plates 1 are welded fixedly. The thin plate 1 thus welded is fed until it contacts with a stopper 8, on a die 7 in a direction of an arrow A, a punch 9 is then hitted down in a direction of an arrow B, and a laminated core 2 made of necessary number of thin plates 1 is thus separately cut. These operations are repeated to manufacture automatically a magnetic core. |
