PURPOSE:To improve the yield and the reliability of a magnetic core by butting a plurality of core halves of high magnetic permeability material to form a magnetic circuit and providing a hollow nonmagnetic material inside the core, thereby preventing molten adhesive from being introduced into the coil frame window of the core. CONSTITUTION:C-shaped core half 1 of high magnetic permeability is butted with an I-shaped core half 3, and a holow member 9 of nonmagnetic material is arranged within the core halves 1, 3 with adhesive 8. The member 9 is provided at the opposite side of holes A-D with respect to the adhesive 8, and the length L of the member 9 is set longer than the length l of the core halves 1, 3. The halves 1, 3, adhesive 8 and member 9 are heated to melt the adhesive 8, and the molten material is filled in the holes A-D. At this time it prevents the adhesive 8 from entering into the member 9, prevents the adhesive 8 from being adhered to the coil window, solidifies the magnetic core, cuts along one-dotted chain lines 6a, 6b, and produce highly reliable magnetic core 10. |
