The central-heating system using water is for a building divided into rooms, having a water circuit supplied from a heating source and including radiators in the rooms, with a regulator controlled by external and internal temperature probes. Conduits are included for sampling the air in several rooms and mixing the samples together, the internal temperature probe measuring the temperature of the mixture. Sampling and mixing can be effected by a ventilation circuit.
