摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain high detecting sensitivity and to reduce the magnetic induction noise by so arranging a pair of electrode lead wires from a detector as to face the front and back surfaces of a stationary plate not to superpose with the respective detectors. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor radiation detector 51 is integrally mounted on a mounting base 52, and is engaged fixedly with a hole formed on a stationary plate 53. The lead wires 541, 542 from the detector 52 are faced and arranged on the front and back surfaces of the plate 53. The front and back electrodes 551, 552 of the detector 51 extend externally out of the detector region and are contacted with the lead wires 541, 542. Since the lead wires are not superposed with the detector in this manner, the radiation detecting sensitivity can be improved. Since the electrode lead wires can be disposed in the vicinity at the shortest distance, the magnetic induction noise can be reduced, and the mounting density can be improved.
