A haymaking machine for windrowing and tedding has two raking wheels mounted on a frame part which is arranged transversely relative to the direction of travel and which is itself connected to a frame extending approximately in the direction of travel. The raking wheels are rotatable about stationary raking-wheel axles supported on the ground via supporting wheels and are equipped with raking arms. The raking arms are mounted rotatably and pivotably about their longitudinal axis, can be locked in at least one position and are rigidly drive-connected to associated control rollers via control levers, the control rollers rotating in a double-track control curve leading in the direction of the raking-wheel axis.
