The equipment supplies air to (ZL) and discharges it (RL) from a room, having a main heat-exchanger (2) between the stale and fresh air leaving and entering the room, together with a second one (40). A heat pump has a first heat-exchanger (42) in the incoming air current. The second heat-exchanger (40) is mounted in the stale air current (FL) after the main one (2), and is connected by conduits (44,48) to the one (42) for the heat pump, in the incoming air current. The compressor (50) of the heat pump can be mounted in the path of the air (RL) discharged from the room.
