The fan induced current of air is led along the outer or inner shell, via an adjustable ducting device, in a structural component with window, for a facade with air passing between the shells. The air ducting device between the shells is a movable heat screen (17). With this closed, air entering from the peripheral area of the inner shell (11) is led along between this shell and the screen, and with it open, air is led along the inside of the outer shell (10). The screen pref. may extend, or be movable, over the full height of the shells, or only over part of this. It can consist of a roll-up surface which is closed in the vertical plane, and may be translucent. Condensation is prevented, and air-conditioning in the window area is readily adaptable to summer and winter conditions.
