A device for joining elongate concrete structural elements e.g. posts and beams, has a first joining element with a cavity for receiving a part of one of said structural elements, second and third joining elements for receiving the structural element in a space therebetween, the first joining element having an opening communicating with the space to receive the structural element into the cavity, bolts for clamping the second and third joining elements together onto the structural element, and bolts for securing the second and third joining elements to the first joining element.
