<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a compact swash plate type compressor with excellent durability by forming a protruded section in the inside diameter direction on one side of a shell and the inside diameter screw on the other side. CONSTITUTION:A protruded section 20 which is protruded in the inside diameter direction is formed on one side end face (front end face) of a shell 10 and the inside diameter screw 21 is formed on the inside diameter surface near the other side end face. The front and rear side covers 9A and 9B consist of sheet-metal press molded parts. At assembling when assemblling a swash plate is assembled, the front side cover 9A, valve 8, cylinder block 1, valve plate 8, and the rear side cover 9B are inserted in the shell 10 from the rear subsequently and housed while they are hooked by the protruded section 20. Then a screw ring 28 is screwed into the inside diameter screw section 21 of the shell 10. By screwing the ring 28, the peripheral section of the cover 9B is pressed. By fully tightening the section, the entire of the compressor is assembled.</p> |
