PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform and good developed picture image by permitting a belt like electroscatic photosensitive body to keep a constant distance with contact against a developing agent supplying part only when developed with a rear roller, etc., that is actuated with a solenoid, etc., and has a spacer. CONSTITUTION:A belt like electrostatic photosensitive body 13 is, separated sufficiently in the range where development is not done preciously from the peripheral surface of a sleeve 39 for development of a developing agent supply part, hanged to each of rollers 17-19. When the surface of this photosensitive body 13 is developed, it is performed by a developing agent of a magnetic brush formed on a sleeve 39 for clevelopment with a magnet 40, etc. The rear roller 41 having on its both sides a spacer roller 50 is prepared rotatably on an arm lever 43 of an axis 44, and by driving and sliding a driving lever 45 of said axis 44 against a spring 49 with a solenoid 47 and a spring 46, said roller 41 is rotated and lowers.
