PURPOSE:To find an offset amount of an endless belt and to correct its deviation by setting a triangular mark to a place of a side end part of the belt, then detecting a width of this mark in the running direction of the belt. CONSTITUTION:In detecting a triangular mark 14 set to an endless belt 5 by a detector 15, its detecting time interval comes to make a difference if the belt is deviated at right angle to its running direction. By a controller 3, this time interval is compared to a reference value, then, a sense of rotation and a duration of operation of a motor 2 are controlled. Thereby, the deviation is corrected by displacing a correcting roller 8 for deviation in the sense (b) or the sense (c). |
