PURPOSE:To make a watch extremely small and thin by providing a step motor in an area adjacent to a battery and a wheel train mechanism in such a manner that a coil is stacked on a rotor and a stator. CONSTITUTION:A wheel train mechanism 11 is arranged almost in the center of a watch substrate 1 such as ground plate composing a watch movement while an electronic circuit block 12 and a member 13 for correcting time indicated are provided surrounding the perimeter of the wheel train mechanism 11 roughly like U. A battery is stacked on the wheel train mechanism 11 and the electronic circuit block 12 covering the most part thereof.
