<p>PURPOSE:To improve a load follow-up property in a thermal power plant forecastin g a load command in the near future based on a time-series sequence signal of a load command from a central load dispatching office and by controlling the thermal power plant based on this forecast data. CONSTITUTION:A load forecasting system 4 performs forecast calculation of a forecast load command L'D for the near future, based on a time-series signal of a load command LD from a central load dispatching office 1. A boiler automatic control unit 2 manipulates in advance a manipulated variable ui for a thermal power plant 3 based on the forecast load command L'D and also manipulates, as an auxiliary means, the manipulated variables by feedback control of each controlled variable Xj. With such a technology, a response delay of a manipulated variable can be compensated and a load follow-up property of a thermal power plant is improved.</p> |
