PURPOSE:To achieve data transfer between microcomputers efficiently and securely while decreasing the number of I/O lines, by judging the contens of input data to an interruption terminal by its number of pulses. CONSTITUTION:For data transfer from a microcomputer muCOM1 to a muCOM2, an REQ signal is outputted from the output terminal OP2 of the muCOM1 to the input terminal IP2 of the muCOM2. Consequently, the muCOM2 is capable of causing an interruption and clockpulses are sent from the output terminal OP1 to the interruption terminal INT2 of the muCOM2. In an interruption processing routine, the muCOM2 judges the contents of data by the number of clockpulses transferred from the muCOM1. |
