PURPOSE:To obtain the bend product covered with metal foil as its skin by developing the solid form of the skin on the skin material, shaping the required solid form by jointing the necessary parts, laying it in a mold and unifying it with foaming resin poured. CONSTITUTION:A solid form is developed as a sheet form on the skin material 11' of which metal foil 14 of aluminum etc. and glass fiber or metal network 12 are laminated with synthetic resin layer 13 of polyethylene etc. as binder, and it is jointed to shape the solid form 11. Then, the skin 11 is laid in the molds 25, 26, foaming synthetic resin material is poured and those are molded, being unified. |
