PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution and to increase the reliability, by detecting the transmitted synchronizing signal at a line synchronizing signal detecting circuit through the use of the line synchronizing signal as the transmission synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:A device function formed at a command signal forming section S is transmitted to a transmission side (not shown) with the instruction of a transmission control section CD through the reception of callout from the transmission side. After that, after a transmission mode selecting signal from the transmission side is converted into a digital D signal at a modulation section M, the line synchronizing signal is detected EK. A ''reception preparation end'' signal is transmitted to the transmission side from the circuit S via the M and a video signal is transmitted from the transmission side after the line synchronizing signal. After it is converted into the D signal at the M at the reception side, the line synchronizing signal is detected EK. The video signal only is picked up at a data restoration section D, stored at a recording control section K and recorded. |
