PURPOSE:To obtain a transferred image excellent in clearness and resolution and while reducing the amount of energy consumed in transferring, by minutely sectioning an ink layer by a regular screen mesh, in an ink sheet used for electrosensitive- type transfer process. CONSTITUTION:The ink layer is applied to a screen mesh of about 200-400 mesh and is dried to obtain an ink sheet in which the ink is filled in each hollow part of the mesh and the mesh material is exposed at the surface of the mesh. In the case of a sheet used for heat-sensitive transfer process sensitized by electric current, the screen mesh material is nylon or the like which has an electrically insulating property of 10<10>OMEGAcm or higher. On the other hand, in the case of a sheet used for a transfer process utilizing electric discharge to break a layer, the mesh material is one having an electrically insulating property of about 10<0>-10<9>OMEGAcm, which may be nylong or the like treated to be electrically conductive or a metal mesh subjected to an oxidizing treatment. |
