PURPOSE:To intend automation of a test and to improve elimination or reduction of labor and quality control. CONSTITUTION:When a pump 40 starts, it enters measuring devices 18, 17, 16 from liquid tanks 3-5. After that, distilled water enters a measuring device 15 from a liquid tank 6. Then, by an air blow-off pump 41, distilled water in the measuring device 15 is sent with pressure and injected to a reaction bath. Next, a sample S is weighed in a prescribed quantity, thrown into a reaction bath 7 and a solution of potassium permanganate and sulfuric acid are injected in the reaction bath 7. After termination of the reaction in the reaction bath 7, a potassium iodide solution is injected. After a prescribed quantity of potassium iodide solution was added, free iodine reacted with an excess amount of potassium permanganate solution is titrated with a sodium thiosulfate in a power buret 50. A current change is detected on bipolar platinum electrodes 55, 56 to which constant microvoltage has been applied with an amplifier 58 and a control meter 57. |
