PURPOSE:To confirm the normalcy of control communication by placing a control test position in an state, even if a sequencer in an intelligent distribution line, when using the distribution line. CONSTITUTION:If a sequencer 40 is faulty and the interface between a subordinate station device 5 and the sequencer 40 is faulty, an encoded-signal connecting circuit 39 detects those faults to open an AND gate 50 with a fault detection signal 52, and in a control test storing circuit 12, display data showing a control test is written from a decoder 10 directly. When the both are normal, on the other hand, the AND gate 50 is closed with the fault detection signal 52 and the contents of a storing circuit 32 are written in the circuit 12 via an OR gate 51. |
