The winding drum rotates about an axis which is coupled to a hydraulic motor through the clutch. A guide cylinder is parallel to the winding drum. The cable passes over a pulley which is rotatably mounted to the end of a lever. The guide cylinder is driven by a hydraulic motor which is fitted with a friction brake. Power is supplied from a hydraulic pump to a selector valve. A control valve diverts the flow of oil from the oil pipes of the system.
