摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a large torque with a small current and to improve energy conversion efficiency by using an alloy thin plate thinly rolled after applying super- quick cooling to an alloy of Fe-Co-Si family for manufacturing a rotor or a yoke for motor. CONSTITUTION:Heat melting is done by putting an alloy base material 14 of Fe-Co- Si family using Fe as the main component in a heating pipe 11a. The base material 14 is jetted out through a nozzle 11c into the gap between high speed rotary twin rollers 12a, 12b to obtain an alloy thin plate 14' by performing super quick cooling rolling between rollers. After applying a thermal treatment to the alloy thin plate 14' under a suitable condition, the alloy thin plate 14' is processed into a predetermined shape and a rotor or a yoke for motor is made by stacking the alloy thin plates 14'. An alloy of Fe-Co-Si family processed by the above method has a smaller coercive force a larger maximum magnetic permiability, and a smaller iron loss as compared with silicon steel plate. Furthermore, an easy processing is feasible, and a small- sized motor and the conservation of energy can be achieved.
