发明名称 ASSEMBLING METHOD OF ROTOR OF SUPERCONDUCTIVE ROTARY MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To mitigate tensile stress to be generated in torque tubes when running is performed by a method wherein assembling of a cold damper and end part shafts is to be performed, a coil equipped shaft is heated, and compressive stress is made to be applied to the torque tubes after assembling is completed. CONSTITUTION:When assembling is to be performed, a tube 20 to make a high temperature fluid such as steam, etc., to flow inside is wound around on the outer circumference of the cold damper 4, and assembling with the end part shafts 8, 9 is performed making the high temperature fluid to flow in the tube 20 to make the cold damper 4 to be expanded. After assembling is completed, the tube 20 is removed to make compressive stress to be applied to the torque tubes 2. Accordingly when liquid helium is poured into a helium reservoir 15 and running is started, tensile stress comes to be generated in the torque tubes 2 owing to temperature difference between the cold damper 4 and the coil equipped shaft 1, but because compressive stress is applied preliminary to the torque tubes 2, tensile stress to be generated in the torque tubes 2 during running operation can be mitigated without aggravating vibration characteristic of the rotor.
