PURPOSE:To perform accurate deburring by removing the burrs in a bottom part by pressing force while grasping and holding the work. CONSTITUTION:Right, left and rear extending and contracting cylinders by the limit switches on cylinder 5 side and the right, left and rear burrs are removed by deburring tools W. After this, a pressure surface and the burr brushing surface of a deburring tool 13e are pressed to the opposite work side wall surfaces. This detected by limit switches, and the extending and contracting cylinder 12c in the top part is extended by a signal. After the upper side of the work W is deburred by a deburring tool group 13c and the like, a pressing surface 14c and the burr crushing surface of a deburring tool group 13c' are pressed onto the opposite top surface of the work. This is detected with a switch, and the extending and contracting cylinder 12d in the bottom part is extended by a signal to prevent a deburring tool support disc 9d from contacting a table 3, thence the burrs on the bottom part of the work are crushed and removed by a deburring tool 13d. |
