PURPOSE:To eliminate damage to coils and to expand the applicability range of wire diameter by arranging coil inserting vibration blades generating slight vibration so as to face to coil inserting blades, and applying a slight vibration at the time of lifting strippers. CONSTITUTION:The blades holding coils 3 out of coil inserting blades 2 arranged in an annular shape are costituted as vibration blades 8 driven by a vibration mechanism and the coils 3 are held between the vibration blades 8 and the fixed blades 2. In inserting the coils 3 in a stator core by lifting strippers 5, insertion is done while applying a slight vibration to the coils 3 by vibrating the blades 8. In this way, the damage applied to the coils 3 can be prevented, and insertion is made possible for the coils using a magnet wire having a diameter smaller than the blade gap, and applicavility range thereof can be expanded. |
