摘要 PURPOSE:To reorientate the crystal orientation of a polycrystalline substance to the specified direction by giving thermal cycle incorporating heating and cooling to the polycrystalline substance and overlapping an energy field having directional property on at least one part of the thermal cycle to act is one the polycrystalline substance. CONSTITUTION:A soft steel wire rod 1 is suddenly heated by instantaneously passing large electric current through the soft steel wire rod 1 from an electric conduction device 7 for heating and the temp. of the wire rod 1 is raised to the temp. exceeding point A3 after passing through point A1. Thereby transformation ultraplasticity is caused in the wire rod 1 and linear expansion is suddenly made large and a linear expansion detector 8 outputs a transformation detection signal A. Thereby a coil electric conduction device 9 instantaneously passes large electric current through a coil 2 and an intensive magnetic field acts on the wire rod 1. Therefore each crystal of the wire rod 1 is rotated so that it is regulated to the orientation correspondent to the direction of the magnetic flux of the magnetic field and is reorientated to the orientation correspondent thereto.
