PURPOSE:A laver sheet piling-up machine that consists of the porous endless belt holding laver sheets by suction, the shoot conveyor linking to the endless belt and the piling-up part provided with the reciprocating mechanism for receiving laver sheets is used to pile up laver sheets released from the screen steadily with no damage. CONSTITUTION:Laver sheet screens holding laver sheets A on them is sent to the laver sheet-releasing part 12 with the conveyor 10. The laver sheet-releasing part overlaps with the lave sheet-holding surface 13 of the porous endless belt and the laver sheets are held on the surface 13 by the action of the suction box 17 and the laver sheets hold on the surface is moved along with the endless belt. The laver sheets are sent on the conveying surface 21 of the shoot conveyor 20, then shooted with the rotating pulley 22 and shooting pulley 24 to the laver sheet receiver 31. By the reciprocating mechanism 34, the laver sheet receiver is pulled backward and the laver sheet is made to fall down on the conveyor 33, thus being piled up. |
