发明名称 DYEING METHOD OF CHERRY AND ANOTHER FRUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To dye cherries, etc. in a natural state, by immersing part of the cherry globules in hot water or hot alkaline solution, forming dissolved parts of paraffin on the surface of the globules, dyeing and blanching the cherry globules. CONSTITUTION:Fruit globules 1, e.g. cherry globules, are preheated at 65-70 deg.C for about 5min. The fruit globules 1 are then inserted in a container 3 containing hot water or a hot alkaline solution 2 to immerse only the lower parts of the fruit globules 1 in the hot water or alkaline solution 2 and dissolve the paraffin layer of the immersed parts. In case hot water is used, the globules 1 are immersed at 75- 80 deg.C for 10min. In the case of the hot alkaline solution, the globules 1 are immersed in the 1-3% solution at 85-90 deg.C for 30sec-2min. The fruit globules 1 are then washed with water, dyed at a somewhat lower temperature than in the conventional method, blanched by the conventional method, washed with water, cooled and canned or bottled.
