发明名称 Electric motor stator mfg. process - uses pins passing through stack of plates forming stator to provide constant slope to stator grooves
摘要
The mfg. process for stators of electric machines includes the use of a stack of thin plates to form the core. The plates are provided with regularly spaced radial notches to hold the windings. In addition, each plate has at least two calibrated holes drilled in it. When the plates are stacked together, pins are inserted through the series of holes in successive plates. The pins are of a specific smaller dia. than the holes. The pins are then inclined relative to the axis of the stack so as to rotate successive plates by a set amount relative to each other. This then gives a consistent slope to all the grooves which areformed through the stator. End plates of the stack may be only partially drilled so as to retain the locating pins in their positions within the body of the stator.
