PURPOSE:To bring use of apparatus in full control, by using a function card having a prescribed function code recorded. CONSTITUTION:When data read out with a photoelectric card reader 3 are function codes, a computation processor 4 displays the total of each copy number of each section on a display device 5. When a key switch 8 is turned on, display of the copy number of the first section is instructed in the first place, resulting in displaying the copy number of the first section. The copy number of each section is displayed by repeating this key switch operation.
