The crop dryer with a motor (11) driving a blower (9) mounted on a wagon, discharging air into a long flexible tube (12) as in the main patent, has a large number of perforated air discharge tubes (73) projecting sideways from the main tube, also made of flexible material. The whole is constructed so that it may be rolled up after use for transport, without damage to any of its members. The discharge tubes can project from one or both sides of the main tube. Each tube carries a ring (76) at its tip, so that it can be readily secured by a hook (77) to a cable (68) anchored at each end to the ground, parallel to the main tube. Different connecting systems are described. The appts. can be used between crop cutting and harvesting operations.
