<p>Equipment for heating water, or other liquid, by using energy from the sun, is esp. suitable for positioning under tiled roofs. A series of pipes or tubes (18), aligned parallel to roof battens (12), is located immediately on the underside of the tiles. The ends of these are attached to a common inflow duct and outflow duct respectively. They can be interconnected by a shared support foil sheet (20), cemented or otherwise joined to the underside of the tiles. Sheet and pipes can be monolithically combined, and made from a flexible plastic profile piece, or similar. This can be easily and quickly installed, at low cost, under existing roof tiles.</p> |
