<p>PURPOSE:To improve the insulating property of a high voltage transformer while maintaining small size and excellent regulation by providing a path-core for coupling between primary and secondary coils provided at an interval at the central leg of a core and one of the outer lets of the core. CONSTITUTION:A central leg 16a of a core 16 and a pair of outer legs 16b, 16c disposed at an interval at both ends are composed to form a closed magnetic path, and primary and secondary coils 12, 13 are so wound on the leg 16a as to maintain the interval in its longitudinal direction. A path core 15 is provided between the primary and secondary coils 12, 13 of the leg 16a and one of outer lets 16b. Thus, the insulating property of the features of the core type can be improved while maintaining the features of the shell type having excellent regulation and small size.</p> |
